Frequently Asked Questions

❓ Frequently Asked Questions about the WOKFULL Franchise

🏙️ LOCATION & TRAFFIC

How do I know the chosen location will have enough foot traffic to be profitable?
We use an internal location validation methodology based on foot traffic, customer profile, nearby businesses, and demographic data. Each location is analyzed together with you using concrete tools and insights before any decision is made.
If I rent a street location and people don’t come, what should I do?
The risk is minimized through prior analysis, but if performance is below expectations, we step in with solutions: relocation, repositioning review, customer acquisition campaigns, layout redesign, or promotion.
Can I open anywhere? Or do I need your approval for each location?
Every proposed location is analyzed and approved by the WOKFULL team. We ensure it has real commercial potential and aligns with the brand direction.
Do you actively help me find and negotiate a good space?
Yes. We have partnerships with specialized agencies, databases of available locations, and we assist you with viewings, selection, and negotiation.
I already have a space—can I use it for the franchise?
Yes, if it meets WOKFULL location parameters (traffic, visibility, size, infrastructure). We will conduct an eligibility analysis together.
Do you guarantee real territorial exclusivity? Within what radius?
Yes. You receive geographic exclusivity within a radius proportional to the size of the city. This is contractually stipulated.
What happens if the concept doesn’t work in my city?
The model is validated in mid-sized cities. In rare cases, we analyze the situation individually and find a solution: remodeling, relocation, or negotiated exit. We don’t leave you without support.

🧰 OPERATIONS & STAFF

Do I need HoReCa experience to run this franchise?
No. You need discipline, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a willingness to learn. We provide all the necessary know-how: training, procedures, guides, and mentorship.
What if I can’t find good employees or they frequently leave?
We support you with recruitment templates, access to job networks, standardized onboarding, and continuous training. Additionally, the system is designed for low turnover and easy training.
Do you help with staff recruitment and training?
Yes. You receive support with recruitment, job descriptions, clear onboarding steps, and initial in-person training at the pilot location. Afterwards, you have access to video and written materials.
Can I manage the location remotely or do I need to be there daily?
During the launch phase (3–6 months), your presence is crucial. Once the system stabilizes, you can delegate to a local manager and monitor remotely through dashboards and KPIs.
Who handles deliveries, stock, orders, and inventory? Do you provide software for this?
You get access to an integrated POS system with modules for stock, inventory, orders, sales, and deliveries (Tazz, Glovo, Bolt). Everything is centralized in a single dashboard.
If I have operational issues, can I talk to someone from your team?
Yes. You have a direct line to our operational support team, including dedicated groups, monthly sessions, and urgent calls.
What happens if equipment issues arise? Who handles repairs?
All equipment is purchased through suppliers with national service and warranty. If an issue occurs, you notify the technical team and we arrange fast intervention or remote support.

📦 PRODUCTS & MENU

Which products sell best? Do customers in smaller cities understand the wok concept?
The most popular products are those with familiar flavors—chicken, beef, shrimp, and signature sauces. The concept is easy to understand because the experience is visual (live cooking) and interactive. Customers in mid-sized cities are increasingly open to international cuisine.
Who sets product prices? Can I run local discounts or offers?
You have a standard pricing grid, but you can run local promotions with the franchisor’s approval.
Could there be cultural resistance in more conservative cities?
Rarely. The “live cooking” format and generous portions help convert customers. Wokfull doesn’t sell “strange food,” but Asian-inspired reinterpretations adapted to local tastes. Visual communication and free samples help during launch.
